i am back. for the last few months i have been chilling around my sis and friends that the journal took a back back seat.
i am in San diego. living with laurel. and doing Cardiology. getting interviews for residency(two in cali!! WHAT WHAT not quite ready to sing the california coming home joni mitchell never lies)
and thinking about transitions of all sorts. transitions into financially independence country. commitments to peeps. and to a peep.
at lunch at this ethiopian cafe i read this article on when you know its time to let go in the Oprah mag. HA good stuff.
anyway. not much else. friday afternoon and i am in the library of UCSD.
in other news... i have this string i wear around my body that ill have to talk about at some later point and it slips around my shoulder and i feel like a girl. shoot reading oprah and now a string/bra
going to la this weekend for another wedding. a jungle fever sort of thing. a miss masala wedding. black man and indian woman. of course the parents are tripping on the indian side.
