and why when i meet a patient and he has said god spoke to him, why isn't that on my differential?
1)acute psychosis
2)schizophrenia
3)god sometimes speaks and maybe this man heard.
long day, surgery by 6 am and back home from the survivors clinic at 10 pm today. got to be at work at 6 and i dont know why i am writing this late.
its because i feel more juiced after the survivors clinic then before. less tired after working.
